Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. The 3 p.m. Central countdown is an order cutoff, not a guaranteed dispatch time. Orders after the cutoff enter the next weekday processing cycle. Weekends are skipped by the timer; holiday closures can add processing time.

Where available, both standard and expedited shipping options are offered. Shipping carriers, delivery methods, and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Destinations

Axion Research ships to destinations offered at checkout. If your destination is not available, contact support before ordering. Customers are responsible for applicable local requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, selected shipping method, and delivery destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
